MIRI DOM

She is married, mother of three daughters and grandmother of two grandchildren.

She is a chemistry engineer and owns two companies:

  • High Life Ltd. which sells raw materials to various industrial cosmetic and chemical manufacturers.
  • High Life Glamour Ltd. which develops, manufactures and sells cosmetic products to doctors and cosmetologists.

1974-1977 – Studied at the Makif Gimel High School in Ashdod, chemistry track – graduated at the age of 17 with honors.

1977-1979 – Worked at Union Bank before enlisting in the IDF.

1979-1983 – Military service in the laboratory of the nuclear, biology and chemistry center.

1983 – Opened a company that sold chemicals and raw materials for the cosmetic industry.

1984-1987 – Chemical engineering studies at Shenkar College.

1989 – Acquisition of Hamord Chemicals Ltd., which provided consulting services for cosmetic companies, consulting for coating manufacturers, chemical consulting for factories and people at the beginning of the process of opening a factory,

Sale of raw materials to cosmetic manufacturers and the general manufacturers.

2013 onwards – Opened another company – High Life Glamour Ltd., in collaboration with Smadar Akiva, that develops and manufactures unique cosmetic products and sales them to cosmeticians and doctors.

2017 – Professional course of the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel – responsible representative for the cosmetic companies.

SMADAR AKIVA

Born in 1961, she is married and mother of three children.

Graduated from nursing school and graduated from the operating room course of Rambam Hospital, Haifa.

From 1982 to 1984, she was in charge of the operating room in the Eastern area of Lebanon during the Peace for Galilee war.

From 1985, she worked as an operating room nurse at Assaf Harofeh Hospital.

Head of pediatric surgery team.

Head of the neurosurgery team.

In addition, she is a clinical instructor and lecturer.

Later on, she was operating room charge nurse at Assuta Hospital in Rishon Letzion.

2005 – Operating room charge nurse and head nurse at Merav Hospital, Bat Yam and Tel Aviv.

2012 – Cosmetic course of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, and Cidesco Course.

2013 onwards – Owner of High Life Glamour Cosmetics Company, together with Miri Dom, they develop unique cosmetic products, give lectures and teach courses in advanced cosmetics. 

Olga

She was born in 1965 and came to Israel from Siberia in 1994.
She worked as a high-school teacher before coming to Israel. 

She speaks Hebrew and Russian.
She used to work as vice director of a food store chain in Israel.

In 2013, she learned cosmetics and since then she has been working in this field.

Olga has been transmitting her knowledge for over a year and a half at High Life Glamour – both in Hebrew and Russian – and training cosmeticians to work using the company’s method in cosmetics. 

Ziva

Owner of a skin rehabilitation clinic that uses advanced technologies.

She owns a “Standard mark” approved by the Standards Institution of Israel

2009 – Certificate in Aromatherapy

2017  – Professional counselor and consultant in cosmetics at High Life Glamour.

Business mentor, helps cosmeticians in their business development.

Osnat

Experienced beautician since 1981. From then and now, she constantly renews and brings her knowledge up to date by attending dozens of seminars related to the cosmetic field.

She learned advanced cosmetic from renowned chemists, dermatologists and biologists.

She is a certified cosmetic teacher by the Ministry of Economy and Industry

Osnat mainly specializes in skin problems, pathophysiology of diseases and how cosmetologists can influence, contribute and help people with sensitive and problematic skin.

She also specializes in various new and advanced facial treatments technologies.

In the last few years, along with a successful and very active clinic, she has been teaching professional cosmetic seminars at High Life Glamour, passing on all the knowledge she has acquired to both experienced and young beauticians.
